GMS offers a stress counselling service for all employees. This is a professional, confidential, specialist helpline available 24/7 for all employees.

The service offers complete confidentiality and all Counsellors registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), with the necessary accreditation.

Counsellors are all suitably trained to cope with any area that might be causing our employees to be stressed at work.  Through listening and engaging with them, counsellors will be able to recommend techniques that may be of use in managing employee stress levels and building up their resilience.
