Initial Inspection Services & Site Surveys
Our complete initial inspection service covers the following, which is all recorded and accessible via our secure encrypted portal:
•Full Inspection including Site Survey report outlining all non-compliance issues
•Lock change
•Turn off supply to all utilities
•Drain down of water system
•Letter box sealing
•Photographs taken of property and assets
•Photographs of any non-compliant issues
•Quotation provided for maintenance work required, in order to ensure the void property meets your insurance requirements
•The provision of a temporary intruder alarm or CCTV system

Weekly or Bi-weekly Vacant Property Inspections
Our inspection service is carried out according to your insurance stipulations and covers the following, which is accessible via our secure encrypted portal:
•Full property inspection on the day scheduled
•Inspection report
•Photographs of any non-compliant issues
•Report of any incidents that have occurred
•Urgent issues dealt with on your behalf
•A record of all utility supplies by way of meter readings
•Use of our tagging system, GOSYS which uses Near Field Technology so you can evidence exactly when the inspection took place
•In the event that something on site requires your attention, an instant report is sent to your email inbox so you have details of the inspections report straight away
•All information is stored securely on an encrypted portal, which can be accessed for audit or insurance purposes at any time
Audit
•All properties have an RFID Tag placed at the property, which demonstrates the date, time and validity that an inspection has taken place
•The tag is swiped to take a log of the patrol and is time and date stamped
•There will be a defined set of questions that relate to your insurers codes of practice
•Once completed by the inspector, the answers are uploaded to our portal, which automatically generates a report and can be downloaded in Microsoft Word format.
•Employee’s cars are fitted with trackers, which offers a second validation of the inspection taking place
Health & Safety
Our lone worker inspectors’ book on & off duty and carry out automated check in calls every three hours via our 24/7 control room. To protect our team, we also have live car trackers installed in our vehicles, which are linked to an encrypted portal.
