GMS Secures a Trio of New Board Appointments

Bromsgrove-based national security services expert, GMS Group, is continuing to expand with a hat-trick of new director appointments. Bringing in specialist skills and experience, the newly appointed directors will be providing fresh insights to help continue to build and grow the business.

Lisa Nicholson, who has been appointed as Commercial Director, previously spent eight years at the Black Country Chamber. With a number of new contract wins under her belt already, she brings an extensive network of contacts and business support expertise to the thriving firm.

Joining the team as a Non-Executive Director, James Martin has 30 years of experience advising businesses and helping to manage change and growth. James’s new role will involve expanding GMS’s footprint in the insolvency market whilst helping to bring exciting and innovative new products to market.

Completing the line-up, Gary Higgins joins as a Non-Executive Director, with a background of 30 years police service, he brings a fresh perspective and is working in conjunction with police forces to help reduce burglary, theft and vandalism in key target areas.
