Key-holding & Alarm Response
We are the only police accredited supplier for our key holding & emergency response service via the official police security initiative Secured by Design
- In the case of an alarm or emergency, GMS Security, part of the GMS Group, will deploy trained staff to react quickly, professionally and confidently.
- Full internal and external patrols and checks, will re-secure your property or alert and liaise with a key-holder or the emergency services.
- Accredited to BS7984, GMS Security aim to respond to all alarms or emergencies within 60 minutes.
- We’ll manage the entire call out processes through to completion, including repairs and only disturb you if necessary.
- Our SIA licensed team provide a rapid response service to any out of hours incidents removing risks to you and your team.
- Our in-house operational management system GOSYS will send a real-time report to your business including pictures where necessary for audit or insurance purposes.
- All client keys are held in accordance with British Standard 7984.
- All responses are fully audited via car trackers and monitored communications with our alarm receiving centre.

- Sign up and pay your first 12-months annual service charge online.
- Our team will then be in touch to arrange a survey to hand over your keys and any access cards/fobs.
- Call out rates are £35 + vat for up to the first hour and £25 + vat per hour or part of thereafter (double time on Bank Holidays) – charges will be invoiced separately on a monthly basis.
- Annual service charge is based on one alarm panel and subject to site survey.
