Recruitment Co-ordinator
An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator to be involved in the recruitment of security personnel for one of the largest sporting events to be held in Birmingham in 2022. As a Recruitment Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
· Working closely with Operations and HR Department to determine resource requirements.
· Posting high quality job adverts to job boards.
· Planning and delivering recruitment days.
· Shortlisting CV’s and conducting initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
· Arranging interviews for Contracts Manager.
· Processing new starters to include Initial Vetting and adding to payroll system.
· Managing candidate pipeline.
· Updating and maintaining training and accreditation records.
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who has the following skills and experiences:
· Previous administration, recruitment, or experience of working in a role which involved lots of communication via telephone i.e., telesales or customer services.
· Proven strong administration experience.
· Ability to manage time effectively.
· Strong candidate pipeline management skills.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Highly motivated and determined, with the ability to be resilient and confident at all levels.
· Keen eye for detail.
This is a temporary position (8-months) where you will be working 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
